Role Overview

As a cleaner, you will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. You will be making a difference in people’s lives and building solid relationships with residents and their families. The role involves ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Vacuum, mop and polish floors
- Dust, polish and general tidy surfaces
- Clean bathroom facilities
- Attend to residents’ personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents’ rooms
- Assist with providing a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection‑control practices
- Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous aged‑care or hotel services experience desirable
- Willingness to take direction from others




- Reliability and shift flexibility
- Good time‑management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.)
- Pre‑employment checks – completion of a National Police Check
