Our Jobnet Employment Program is delivering the governmentally funded Disability Employment Services (IEA).

About The Role

- Case managing a diverse range of clients and assisting them in achieving employment
- Assisting in program planning, delivery, assessment, and review
- Actively sourcing employment opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with local employers, services, and stakeholders
- Supporting clients through work trials, experiences, and paid employment pathways
- Ensuring accurate reporting and contributing to the continuous improvement of CBS Inc. services
- Collecting and submitting documentary evidence related to clients’ employment
- Supporting clients to maintain their employment through post-placement and ongoing support
- Meeting and exceeding KPI and placement targets aligned with IEA
- Upholding CBS Inc.’s values and culture

Position Requirements

- Current Australian Driver's Licence - P2 minimum (essential)
- Willingness to travel with clients if needed
- Relevant NDIS / DHS checks and clearances in accordance with the role requirements (or willingness to obtain)
