Hair and Skin Science is a fast growing cosmetic company with 16 clinics located in Australia nationally.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist located in West Leederville, WA 6007 & Thornlie, WA 6108 to support daily business activities. We are looking for candidates with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude and an ability to work under pressure with taking phone calls and writing patient information.

Fast learner, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team are key attributes for this role.

Consult, consent and blood taking forms are to be completed in full, this is non-negotiable. We, as nurses, are required to ensure patient information is documented at all times. Training provided to successful candidate

1. Answering and returning phone calls
2. Booking appointments for clients
3. Answering emails and text messages
4. Doing POS
5. Maintaining an orderly and positive front desk appearance
6. Assisting staff when necessary
7. Must be available to work 3-4 days per week.

About you:

1. 1+ year relevant experience
2. Experience handling a large income of phone calls
3. Excellent communication skills and happy to work as a team
4. Excellent attention to detail
5. Ability to work and deliver under pressure
