Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a care team under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Residential Care Manager
- Administer medication under the delegation and supervision of the Registered Nurse
- Contribute to the clinical care of consumers including maintenance of clinical records
Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing or Certificate IV in Aged Care
- Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
