Chandler Macleod is seeking Voice Pickers to join our client in Hazelmere. In this role, you will use a voice-directed picking system to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. This is a rapid-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal instructions are essential.

Shift Times: 2.00pm-10.00pm Monday to Friday with additional overtime. Start Date: ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

- Use a voice-picking headset to receive instructions for order selection.
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to voice instructions.
- Pack and prepare products for shipping, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements

- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.




- Ability to work with voice-directed systems (training provided).
- Must be able to lift 20kg repetitively and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be available for minimum three shifts per week.
