RAD architecture is a boutique, architectural studio based in West Leederville, Western Australia. Engaged in projects large and small, the studio has a particular interest in delivering enduring, design-focused outcomes for our clients. We work across a broad range of sectors including mixed-use developments, luxury apartments, aged care, disability housing, social housing and community work.
Due to recently awarded new projects we are seeking a new team member to join our team of seven architects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in either/both front-end design work (leading projects at DA phase) or documentation (leading projects through documentation phase) with a minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience. Candidates should be comfortable and experienced with consultant co-ordination and management, running project control group meetings, providing client updates and liaising with council and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have experience designing and/or documenting complex, multi-residential or mixed-use buildings in Revit. We value team players who can work collaboratively with colleagues, consultants and clients.
Qualifications & experience
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Candidates must have 6+ years of post-graduate, local experience.
Candidates must be experienced in designing and/or documenting complex projects in Revit.
Previous industry experience in multi-residential work is highly desirable.
Design skills and capacity for creative and critical investigation.
The capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
