- Conduct market study and initiate product development projects to meet market requirements.
- Manage product development projects and coordinate with internal departments to meet product launch targets.
- Write technical proposals and reports for project kick-off and review; prepare tools for product marketing.
- Provide support to all enquiries from Kruger Group across the Asia Pacific Region.
- Understand customers’ requirements and propose commercial ventilation solutions.
- Prepare design/technical documentation and quotations for customers.
- Analyze problems and provide technical support and solutions to customers.
- Support the Sales Department towards successful transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC or commercial ventilation industries.
- Highly proactive and organized; project management experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; independent with sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- English language proficiency (preferred Chinese).
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge in 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (SolidWorks) drawing software.
- Ability to self‑manage and prioritize workload, commit to target deadlines, and enjoy working in a challenging, fast‑paced workplace.
