We're seeking an experienced General Manager – Commercial & People to join our growing team in a flexible part-time role (0.6 FTE). Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the business across people and culture, commercial operations, finance, governance and administration.

Increva is a dynamic Project Management consultancy, predominately forming Owners Representative teams to manage process plant, hybrid power and infrastructure in the Feasibility and Implementation stages of mining projects. Our vision is to support our growing list of clients to deliver optimal value for their projects while maintaining the highest of safety and quality standards.

About the Role

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the business while driving initiatives that support our people, culture and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the organisation's people, culture and HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.
- Coordinate remuneration reviews,



payroll processing and employee lifecycle administration.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, marketing initiatives and client relationship management.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and cashflow reporting.
- Coordinate with external accountants and advisors to support financial management and compliance.
- Prepare reports, presentations and business documentation for leadership, board and shareholder meetings.
- Coordinate management group meetings, action tracking and strategic initiatives.
- Plan and deliver employee engagement activities, social events and team-building initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide general operational, commercial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.

About You

You are an experienced and commercially minded business professional with at least five years' experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role within a small to medium-sized business. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working across a broad range of functions, and are equally comfortable managing people, finances and business operations. Highly organised and proactive, you have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a strong attention to detail, and a natural ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and drive continuous improvement. Most importantly, you are a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and building a meaningful contribution to the success of the business.
