The role

Join an innovative and high performing Legal, Risk, Governance and Compliance (LRGC) team as a Paralegal on a permanent full‑time basis (part‑time also considered for the right candidate). Dive into a diverse range of legal, governance, insurance and compliance matters while supporting and collaborating with leading in‑house and private practice lawyers, sharpening your legal skills and gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the operational effectiveness of the legal function through document management and execution, corporate governance administration and coordination of legal processes. The position is suited to an experienced career paralegal who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership of processes and enjoys building strong working relationships across a collaborative team and the broader GPT business. You will also mentor part‑time paralegals and support them.

What you will be doing

- Document Execution: Assist with the management of the electronic (DocuSign) and wet‑ink execution process, document execution and powers of attorney registers.
- Corporate Record Keeping: Maintain the asset and titles register,



and associated training and procedures manuals.
- Document and Contract Management: Assist with the preparation, review and management of legal and governance documents and policies.
- Legal and Administrative Support: Provide transaction and general administrative support, including assistance with the coordination of notices and associated settlement documentation.
- Insurance & Claims Administration: Assist with maintaining the policy summary and litigation matters summary, and support the notification and management of claims.
- External Counsel & Legal Spend: Administer matter management and e‑billing systems, and prepare legal spend, WIP and debtor reporting.
- Mentoring & Continuous Improvement: Support and mentor junior paralegals and identify opportunities to improve legal processes, systems and document management.

What makes you stand out

You bring previous paralegal experience, ideally gained within an in‑house legal team or law firm, and you are well‑equipped to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment thanks to your strong organisational skills. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills are complemented by a keen attention to detail, and you are familiar with legal technology such as matter management and contract management systems. You take a positive approach to working with legal platforms and systems, collaborate effectively with stakeholders and keep them informed and up to date. You take initiative,



bring a can‑do attitude, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

You handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and professionalism. This role is open to full‑time or a four‑day week, and flexible working arrangements are supported for the right candidate.
