About the role
Landscape Elements is seeking enthusiastic Gardeners / Landscape Labourers/Gardeners to join our dynamic team in Balcatta, WA.
This full-time role will involve assisting our experienced landscaping crew with a variety of tasks across commercial projects.
What you'll be doing
- Undertaking general landscape duties
- Assisting with the installation of plants, trees, and other landscape features
- Carrying and moving landscaping materials and equipment
- Participating in site preparation and clean‑up
- Following all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborating with the team to deliver high‑quality landscaping services
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years' previous experience in a landscape/gardening role
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, can‑do attitude
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
- A Construction White card is required for this role
We are also seeking experienced Greenkeepers to join our team. Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience and a construction white card.
