Your New Role
As a qualified Early Childhood Educator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the growth and development of children aged 0‑6.
Responsibilities
- Developing a High‑Quality Curriculum: Respond to children’s strengths, interests, and needs by developing and implementing an exceptional education and care curriculum.
- Building Positive Relationships:
Provide active support to children, families, and your team. Build and maintain professional and positive relationships based on respect, trust, and honesty.
- Supporting Our Identity: Actively support our organisation’s Catholic identity, philosophy, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
- Early Childhood Diploma Approved Qualification or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current First Aid Certificate Approved by ACECQA: Includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management, and anaphylaxis.
- Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO. Register GECCKO.
- Practical Knowledge: Understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
