We work with NDIS providers, allied health clinics, aged care organisations and healthcare businesses to help them grow through predictable client acquisition systems, AI and operational excellence.

We’re now looking for an exceptional Strategic Partnerships Manager to help build one of Australia’s strongest healthcare referral networks.

This is not a traditional sales role.

About the Role

As our Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships across the healthcare sector. Your goal is to create long‑term referral partnerships that help healthcare providers grow while strengthening CBCG’s position within the industry. You’ll work closely with our leadership, sales and marketing teams to develop a scalable partnership channel across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with Support Coordinators
- Develop partnerships with Plan Managers
- Connect with Allied Health providers
- Build relationships with SIL providers
- Network with healthcare businesses and organisations
- Attend networking events and industry conferences
- Generate qualified referral opportunities
- Maintain long‑term strategic partnerships
- Identify new partnership opportunities
- Represent CBCG professionally within the healthcare industry

About You

- Has experience within the NDIS, healthcare or community services sector




- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Enjoys networking and meeting new people
- Organised and proactive
- Can work independently
- Understands the value of long‑term partnerships
- Represents themselves professionally

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience as a Support Coordinator
- Experience as a Plan Manager
- Healthcare Business Development experience
- Existing relationships within the NDIS sector
- Existing healthcare referral network
- Experience attending networking events
