McGrath Palm Beach is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Administrator to join our growing team at our Palm Beach office. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to supporting the sales team and ensuring compliance within the real estate industry.
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance standards while providing critical administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This includes preparing and reviewing documentation, ensuring accuracy, and assisting the sales team throughout the entire transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify compliance of Agency Agreements
- Prepare sales proposals
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met before launching properties to online portals
- Prepare and check contracts, along with associated documentation for the sales team
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and filed in accordance with company procedures and legislative requirements
- Execute contracts to solicitors and track sales from commencement through to settlement
- Stay across current QLD seller disclosure requirements, AML obligations, and contract changes to ensure accuracy
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders
- Check and verify Auction documentation for accuracy
- Prepare necessary entry notices,
and Form 10 documentation
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience as Real Estate Sales Administrator
- A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
- Professional and approachable communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with clients and stakeholders
- A positive, self-motivated attitude and exceptional attention to detail
