Your Choice Matters is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide 24-hour care to an elderly male in a western suburb home. The role offers a structured, rotating roster with shifts across 7 days.

We value reliability, calm and respectful communication with families and the care team. A Certificate III in Disability/Individual Support (or willingness to obtain), First Aid/CPR, WWCC, NDIS screening, and a current driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle are required. Hybrid rosters in Adelaide.
