We are looking for a reliable and motivated Factory & Warehouse Operator / MR Truck Driver to join our team in a permanent full-time position. This is a hands-on, varied role that combines warehouse operations, factory support, deliveries, and digital inventory management.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Completing local deliveries using the company MR truck when required

- Receiving, checking, and organising incoming materials and deliveries

- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift

- Preparing materials for production and site deliveries

- Assisting with the fabrication of commercial aluminium windows and doors

- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently

- Using company software and mobile apps to manage stock, inventory, and material movements

- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse and factory

- Supporting the factory team across a range of operational tasks

Licences & Qualifications

- Current MR Truck Licence (essential)

- Current Forklift Licence (highly regarded and a strong advantage)





About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous warehouse, manufacturing, transport, or logistics experience

- Is comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and workplace software

- Has experience operating hand and power tools

- Is physically fit and capable of manual handling

- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

- Has a strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Works well independently and as part of a team

- Has a positive attitude and is willing to help wherever needed

Highly Regarded

- Experience in aluminium window and door fabrication

- Experience in dispatch and logistics coordination

- Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Overtime and occasional Saturday work are available when required.
