We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll support the Executive Marketing Manager in bringing marketing campaigns, content, and brand activations to life across the Group.

You will be responsible for telling the stories of our venues through social media, informing, and inspiring our members and guests. You will be required to execute all marketing and communication activities including branding, advertising, online marketing, electronic and direct mail, public relations, content creation, social media, event coordination, and tracking of the marketing action plan.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator looking for a new challenge in a quick-paced, dynamic and high service environment.

The responsibilities include but not limited to:

Marketing -

- Co-ordinate and manage design briefs with external agency.

- Maintain all promotional material, including posters, internal signage, flyers, digital assets.

- Function and Events collateral, including menus, event signage, external advertising.

- Venue requirements including Food and Beverage menus, monthly specials, signage.

- Corporate Assets including internal business assets and customer facing.

- Oversee and implement venue promotions and other programs within the venues.

- Complete digital marketing and maintain web page.

- Establish and support other marketing initiatives.

- Initiate email correspondence, SMS campaigns to members and guests.

- Keep communication flowing with relevant staff on all marketing activity.





- Manage and promote gala and major promotional days.

- In conjunction with the Events and Functions Coordinator, assist with all special events including but not limited to, Melbourne Cup, New Year’s Eve, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, VIP Events, Major Draws.

- Oversee accuracy of the membership database.

Social Media -

- Manage all social media, informing, and inspiring our members and guests.

- Content creation and planning whilst aligning with brand and positioning.

- Creating a cohesive feed and monitor and respond to engagement on all social activities and reviews by using personalised responses.

- Create content calendar and ensure content is always up to date.

- Create and design ad hoc social stories that are on brand and informative.

- Creating Facebook events and offers for all events and promotions.

- Analysis social media platforms and produce end of month social Marketing report.

- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

It is essential that you have:

- Previous experience in marketing, social media, brand and content creative.

- Experience working with creative agencies for design briefing and brief organisation.

- Experience with social media platforms.

- Strong communication and the ability to drive customer base.

- Experience with media, advertisers, EDM platforms.

- Strong computer skills.

- A high level of efficiency and organisation.

- Meticulous attention to detail.

- Previous experience working within a Club is desirable.
