About the role
- Lead setup, operation and pack-down of packaging line.
- Supervise, train and support a small packaging team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Perform line maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Manage QA/QC checks as directed by the Head Brewer.
- Safely handle loading/unloading of deliveries and moving stock with forklift.
- Production/inventory records in NetSuite.
- Maintain safe working practices and uphold all WHS compliance on the production floor.
What we are looking for
- Experience operating and supervising a beverage packaging line.
- Current Forklift Licence.
- Medium Rigid truck licence, or willingness to obtain.
- Transparent communicator who can direct a team calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Comfortable in an active, physical role.
- Computer literate, with experience using production software.
