This is a dynamic, high-energy role designed for someone looking to transition into a professional, office-based commercial career.

This is the perfect "stepping stone" opportunity. We are looking for a junior professional to train and mentor into a full Account Manager. Based at our Tuggerah Head Office, you will work closely with a supportive team that celebrates wins together while managing a small, dedicated portfolio of clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will step away from the retail floor or face-to-face service environment and take ownership of customer engagement, commercial inquiries, and account management. As you learn the industry, you will become the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to support their fire protection needs.

What You’ll Do

- Build Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and building long-term qualified rapport.
- Drive Growth: Identify upsell opportunities, handle commercial inquiries, and proactively follow up on leads to achieve team targets.
- Manage Accounts: Manage customer accounts from initial inquiry through to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate:



Work closely with internal teams to ensure product availability and accurate delivery timelines.
- Industry Learning: Develop a deep understanding of fire protection systems and compliance to better serve our clients.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven Sales Experience: You have a solid background in retail sales, customer service, or a fast-paced face-to-face commercial environment.
- Exceptional Communication: You possess a natural ability to connect with people, listen to their needs, and articulate solutions clearly.
- High Energy & Drive: You are self-motivated, target-driven, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
- Tech Literacy: You are comfortable picking up new software, CRM systems, and managing professional email correspondence.
- Willingness to Learn: A hunger to be trained and developed into a professional Account Manager within the fire protection industry.
