The Role

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Part Time Pastry Commis Chef, with pervious bakery and pastry experience to join our busy Pastry Culinary team.

Previous experience in HACCP Food Quality and Safety is desirable. To assist us in maintaining our reputation for outstanding food and beverage quality, only candidates with a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence need apply.

The Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

- A creative flair with prior pastry or bakery experience in a pastry kitchen

- Trade qualifications in Pastry

- A genuine enthusiasm for cooking, self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.

- You must be able to prioritise and have high attention to detail

- You must also be available to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and successfully manage multiple priorities

- Previous experience in HACCP Food Quality and Safety is desirable.

- This role will have a requirement of HACCP reporting to be completed, therefore the successful candidate must be prepared to develop and increase their knowledge in this field
