You will design, optimise and embed workforce models, labour standards and operating frameworks that enable top-notch customer and team experiences. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Planning, you will translate data into practical solutions, partner with Demand Planning, and lead a small team to deliver measurable productivity gains at scale.
