About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced cabler who's ready to take the next step. You'll be the person on the ground making sure our projects run smoothly, managing subcontractors, engaging with clients, and getting your hands dirty when needed. You'll also play a key role in quoting and scoping works, helping Frame price and plan projects accurately without relying on third parties.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be across active project sites within government and commercial portfolios, with the support of our project management team behind you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading site delivery across active projects - coordinating crews, managing subcontractors, and keeping works on schedule
- Carrying out structured cabling and fibre works directly where required
- Running site WH&S; - inductions, compliance, and documentation
- Engaging with clients on site and answering technical questions confidently




- Assisting with quoting and scoping - reviewing site requirements, estimating materials and labour, and contributing to proposals
- Completing pit and pipe audits and fibre testing
- Ensuring as-builts, rate cards, and project documentation are accurate and submitted on time

What We're Looking For

- Proven background in structured cabling and/or fibre - you've done the work and know it well
- Experience managing small crews or subcontractors on site
- ACMA registered cabler (data) - essential
- Current WH&S; ticket (White Card) - essential
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients and stakeholders on site
- Experience with or interest in project management and quoting
- Ability to obtain base level police and defence clearances - essential for access to government sites
- Full Australian driver's licence (manual preferred) - you'll be travelling to sites regularly
- Experience with Panduit cabling products
