About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, professional, and high-achieving individual to join our energetic and enthusiastic team as Student Recruitment Officer/Manager at our AIBI HE Melbourne based campus.

Role purpose:

You are responsible for the ethical selling process and establishing and maintaining a culture of integrity among students, student recruitment agents, and staff members for iEDU group

- Manage AIBI Higher Education Melbourne
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives




- Establish and maintain relationships with local and international education agents.
- Recruit students directly or indirectly from the targeted global countries by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, websites, etc.
- Assist with the implementation of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, and marketing events to promote the iEDU programs.
- Being a key contact point with agents and potential students to support college business objectives.

Knowledge:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Solid understanding of International and Higher education student education environment
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language
- Additional Languages are considered a plus
- Solid experience in relationship management
