John XXIII College is seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Student Services Administration Receptionist to join our Student Services team. As the first point of contact for students, families and visitors, this role plays an important part in supporting the daily operations of the College and delivering exceptional customer service within a busy and energetic school environment.

Placing students at the heart of everything we do, the successful candidate will be committed to ‘Cura Personalis’: care for the whole person in support of educational best practice.





Skills & Experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to handle varied requests and prioritise tasks.

- Proven ability to demonstrate initiative.

- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of staff and build meaningful and professional relationships with students.

- Appropriate computer and related software application skills.

The successful candidate must hold a Current Working with Children clearance and National Criminal History Check issued by the Department of Education WA (or to be obtained prior to employment).
