The Superintendent Representative plays a key role in supporting the delivery of major government building and engineering projects through effective contract administration and supervision.



This position is responsible for monitoring contractor performance, conducting site inspections, managing contractual obligations, assessing claims and variations, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with approved documentation, quality standards and compliance requirements. Working closely with clients, contractors and project stakeholders, this role provides expert advice on contract matters, identifies potential cost, time and quality risks, and supports successful project outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to Queensland’s construction industry while applying strong contract management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills across complex projects.
