As a Site manager with us, you will be managing several sites accross Adelaides Southern areas from Marion to Christies.
We are seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager/supervisor to join our team and take charge of construction.
To be successful in the role you you must have experience Supervising construction in the Australian (SA Preferred) industry. In addition to this you must meet the following criteria below
- The ability to manage multiple sites at any one time and some Multi Dwelling sites
- Technical experience and the ability to manage various trades on sites, with a loyal trade base.
- A qualified Residential Building Supervisors license up to 2 storey homes.
Light
Commercial/ Industrial license.
- Great customer Service skills,
keeping the clients up to date and happy along the build process.
- Be familiar with Construction Project Management software
- A proven background of project delivery on time, on schedule and within budget without compromising on quality.
- Managing to keep sites safe and adhear to WHS regulations.
- Excellent communication skills witht he team, keeping both the office and the trades/ suppliers updated.
- Ensuring jobs flow smoothly with a good relationship and network of trades and labour in Adelaide
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A Current drivers license.
Answering directly to the Construction Manager, this role requires you to be committed with a long term vision in mind.
