About the Role:

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced in office Supply Chain Coordinator.

This role is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their goods on time as per their scheduled requirement's. You will be required to review the upcoming requirements via our customers portals as well as liaising directly with weekly communications.

You will work closely with our production and planning teams to ensure goods are available by required shipping dates. You will build strong relationships with Customers, our 3PL (Located in the USA) and freight forwarders.

The business is currently going through an exciting period of growth, Reporting directly to the General Manager, but working closely with the entire management team.

On-site carparking, with an opportunity to work with the current retiring coordinator.

Responsibilities Include:

To be successful in the role you will have strong background in export and supply chain management. We are seeking an individual who has worked with a blended workforce including blue and white collar.



In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

Communicate with freight forwarders and customers to ensure bookings and sailings are achieved.

Efficiently process documents and facilitating on time and accurate export documentation that meets customer and international requirements before and after sailings.

Complete sets of shipping documents for our customers and our 3PL (Located in the USA) via Customer Portals, this includes entering ASN's (Advanced Shipping Notices)

Creating Invoices / Packing lists / ASN / Pack Labels for customer once goods are required from our 3PL (Located in the USA)

Build strong relationships within the company, freight forwarders and customers.

Monitor sailings and provide updates to 3PL and customers.

Export experience is preferred.

Use of MRP systems is preferred, Data Analysis is critical and proficient in Excel skill set is a must.

The Successful candidate will be experienced who ideally has:

Three to five years experience

Manufacturing experience essential A high level of attention to detail and an enabling, empowering attitude A good understanding of compliance, with a "small-business" approach to getting things done
