About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing procurement, inventory, logistics, demand planning, supplier relationships, and process improvements to ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong analytical skills and a passion for building efficient, resilient, and scalable supply chain operations.

? Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Strategy & Operations

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Monitor supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.

Drive supply chain transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

Procurement & Supplier Management

Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.

Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are consistently achieved.

Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Ensure supplier compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Inventory Planning & Logistics





Oversee demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels.

Analyze inventory performance and implement strategies to reduce stock shortages and excess inventory.

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Improve warehouse operations and transportation efficiency.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align supply with business demand.

Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.

Support new product launches, business expansion, and strategic operational initiatives.

Drive digital transformation through ERP systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Foster collaboration across departments to improve overall business performance.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or operations.

Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations in a dynamic environment.

Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, warehousing, and logistics.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership,

Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP), CIPS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
