About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will oversee procurement, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, supplier performance, and operational efficiency to ensure seamless business operations and sustainable growth.

? Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Strategy & Operations

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and operational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Monitor operational performance and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Procurement & Supplier Management
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards are consistently achieved.
- Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure supplier compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Inventory, Planning & Logistics




- Oversee demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze inventory trends and implement strategies to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
- Improve warehouse operations and transportation efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align supply with customer demand.

Leadership & Reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Support business expansion, product launches, and strategic operational initiatives.
- Drive digital transformation and process automation within supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall business performance.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or operations.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP), CIPS, or PMP are an advantage.
