Role: IT Support Engineer (On-Call/Freelance/Casual) Site Locations: Moreton Bay, Kallangur, Beenleigh, Heathwood, Acacia Ridge, Brisbane and other locations in Queensland Mode: Dispatch – On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis SLA: SBD or NBD support or whenever required.

Key Responsibilities - Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.





- Audio/Video conference room set up and troubleshooting.
- Perform operating system installations and re‑imaging activities.
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including LAN and WAN environments.
- Support and configure routers, switches, and related network infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to technical issues and service requests.
- Document support activities and resolutions in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications - Business English with local language proficiency.
