We are a small, passionate NDIS registered organisation based in Launceston, committed to empowering people with disability to achieve their goals and live the lives they choose. As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised Level 2 or Level 3 Support Coordinator to join our supportive team.

We are seeking applications for either a Level 2 or Level 3 Support Coordinator. Candidates applying for a Level 3 (Specialist Support Coordinator) position must meet the qualifications, experience and competency requirements outlined in current NDIS guidelines. If you're not yet eligible for a Level 3 role but have the right skills, experience and enthusiasm, we'd still encourage you to apply for our Level 2 position.

About the role

As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting participants, their families and support networks to understand, implement and maximise the benefits of their NDIS plans. You will build strong, collaborative relationships with participants, service providers and allied health professionals, advocate for participant choice and control, and coordinate supports that create meaningful and positive outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple and competing priorities. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, bring strong attention to detail, and use your problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality support coordination services. Key responsibilities

- Coordinate and implement NDIS plans for participants
- Develop strong relationships with participants, families, providers and community services
- Source and coordinate supports from a broad range of allied health professionals and service providers
- Monitor participant budgets and ensure supports are delivered within funding allocations
- Maintain accurate and compliant case notes, reports and documentation
- Advocate for participant choice, control and positive outcomes
- Liaise with the NDIA and other stakeholders as required
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service

About you You will be someone who is compassionate, organised and committed to achieving positive outcomes for people with disability.

You'll ideally have

- Experience as a Level 2 or Level 3 Support Coordinator (preferred but not essential)
- A strong administration background with exceptional organisational skills
- Experience managing large budgets with a high level of accuracy and accountability




- Experience coordinating or liaising with a broad range of allied health professionals and service providers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and time management abilities
- Confidence using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

Essential requirements Successful applicants must be able to obtain or hold:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completed NDIS worker orientation modules
- National Police Check
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Eligibility to work in Australia
