We specialise in high-functioning supports and are looking for people with strong emotional intelligence, genuine compassion, clear communication, and a grounded, positive presence.

This role is for people who understand humans, not just tasks.

This role is for you if you:

- Have high emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and respectfully
- Can build trust and rapport with ease
- See the person before the disability
- Are confident being a mentor, role model, and guide

What you’ll be doing:

- Supporting clients in daily living and community access
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and social inclusion




- Mentoring clients toward personal goals and growth
- Delivering person-centred, strengths-based support
- Maintaining clear, skilled documentation

You’ll need:

- Experience in disability or support work (preferred but not essential)
- First Aid & CPR
- Police Check or NDIS Clearance
- Working With Children Check
- A genuine alignment with our values and culture
