Company Description Hawa Pure Care Pty Ltd is an NDIS-registered disability support and Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider based in Riverwood, New South Wales. The organization delivers tailored care and support services that promote freedom, dignity, and choice for people with disability across Riverwood, Bankstown, Canterbury, and the greater South Western Sydney region.
Services include Core Supports, Capacity Building, Day Programs, Weekend Activities, SIL accommodation, and Community Participation.

Role Description The Support Worker role is a full time, on-site position based in Chatswood, NSW.
The Support
Worker will provide direct support to participants in their daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and assistance with medication under appropriate guidance.
Responsibilities include supporting clients to participate in community, social, and recreational activities, and helping them build skills that promote independence and confidence. The role involves following individual support plans,
documenting progress and incidents accurately, and communicating effectively with participants, families, and colleagues.
The Support
Worker will adhere to NDIS Practice Standards, health and safety protocols, and organizational policies to ensure safe, respectful, and consistent care.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in disability support, community services, or aged care, with a person-centered and culturally sensitive approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and respond respectfully to diverse needs.
- Ability to support daily living tasks such as personal care, domestic duties, and community access, while promoting client independence.
- Reliable time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to follow support plans and maintain clear, accurate records.
- Relevant qualification in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or a related field (or progress toward such qualification) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of NDIS frameworks, safeguarding principles, and professional boundaries, or willingness to learn and apply these standards.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and valid driver’s license are advantageous.
