About the role

Join our compassionate team and help seniors live independently in the comfort of their own homes!

We're seeking caring individuals to provide personalized support services including personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and companionship to our valued aged care clients in Toowoomba.

Candidates with any valid Australian work rights are eligible to apply for this position.

While experience is preferred, it is not essential.

What we're looking for:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
- Certificate III in Individual Support must be obtained within 6 months if not already held
- Genuine care for seniors and their wellbeing
- Reliable transport and current driver's license
- Police check and working with vulnerable people check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
