Role: Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable support worker or that has experience in providing personal care, social support and domestic cleaning to provide in-home care services to our clients living at home and in the community.

Location: Northern Suburbs of Melbourne (Wallan, Beveridge, Mickleham, Donnybrook, Epping, South Morang, Doreen, Yan Yean, Whittlesea and surrounding areas)

Pay: Casual

Pay: AU$35.00 – AU$38.00 per hour incl. 25% casual loading

Paid KMs (between clients)

Laundry Allowance

Duties include but not limited to:

Dusting, vacuuming, general cleaning including bathroom & toilet, mopping, ironing, laundry, changing bed linens, dishwashing, general tidying.

Assisting clients with showering, dressing, grooming and mobility assistance

Assisting clients with shopping, companionship and social support

Requirements

National Police (within 3 years)



and NDIS Check (within 5 years)

Manual handling Certificate

Infection prevention & control

Reliable car and valid driver's license

Australia working rights

First Aid and CPR certificate

Minimum 6 months experience in support work.
