JnJ Community Support Services
Bundaberg Central
Not Your Typical Support Worker Role
Location: Bundaberg Region, QLD
Employment Type: Casual
Do You Think Outside the Box?
At JNJ Community Support Services, we believe disability support is about much more than ticking boxes and filling shifts.
We're looking for support workers who see the person before the disability. People who aren't afraid to think creatively, build genuine connections, and help participants live the life they choose.
One day you might be supporting someone to learn independent living skills. The next, you could be helping them build confidence at the gym, learn to fish, attend a community event, gain employment skills, or work towards a personal goal they've never had the opportunity to achieve.
If your idea of support goes beyond sitting on a couch and asking, "What would you like to do today?" then we'd love to hear from you.
