n About the Role:

n We're looking for compassionate and skilled Support Workers to join our Accommodation Services team. You'll assist clients with high support needs, including those using wheelchairs and requiring medical support, helping them live with dignity and independence.

n The role involves personal care, daily living support, and promoting autonomy within shared living environments.

n About the Roster:

n This service operates on a roster that includes afternoon/evening and sleepover shifts to ensure consistent, high-quality support for the people we support.

n To be successful in this role, applicants must have genuine ongoing availability to work PM and sleepover shifts, as these shifts are a fundamental requirement of the service model. Please consider your availability carefully before applying, as we are unable to offer positions to applicants who cannot meet these roster requirements.

- SCHAD's Award Level 2 Pay rates from $34.58 – $37.73 (base rate) or $43.23 - $47.16 (casual rate)n

- Support clients with complex needs and medical requirementsn




- Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environmentsn
- Build positive relationships with clients and familiesn
- Manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalismn

n Skills and Experience:

- n
- Experience supporting high-needs disability clientsn
- Confidence in manual handling and use of aidsn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skillsn
- Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered workn
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook)n
- Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Checkn
- Access to a personal vehicle for work use, if requiredn
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)n
- Knowledge of NDIA processesn
