Qualtime Association Inc., a north side Service Provider operating throughout the greater Brisbane region. We are seeking experienced support workers to work in our SIL Premises for afternoon shifts and Sleepovers with our Clients.

The Role

Must be passionate, empathetic and committed to provide the best support attainable for our clients.

Skills and Experience

- Person centered practice.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and resilience skills
- Good understanding of skilled boundaries
- Prior experience in similar role
- Certificate 3 in Disability or Individual support
- Ability to work with different individuals including complex and challenging behaviours
- Current Senior first aid and CPR
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current National Police Clearance (Blue/Yellow Card)
- NDIS code of Conduct
- Evidence of work rights in Australia
