About the Role

We are seeking multiple committed, compassionate and reliable female Support Workers (Contractors) to provide one-to-one personal care, daily living support and sleepovers to participants with disability who requires full assistance.

This role involves supporting 2 participants located in Melbourne’s South East (Seaford and Caulfield areas).

You will provide support with:

- Personal care and daily living tasks
- Community access and social participation
- Routine support and structured activities
- Sleepovers

? This position is available for an immediate start, subject to required checks and clearances.

Shift Requirements (Important)

To ensure consistency of care, applicants must have availability for at least:

- Two weekday long shifts (6–8 hours each)

Shifts may include:
- Mornings, afternoons and evenings
- Overnight sleepovers
- Potential weekend availability

About You

You are someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and understands the importance of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.

You will bring

- A genuine passion for working with people living with disability
- A caring, empathetic, and patient approach
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)

Essential Requirements To be eligible for this contractor role, you must have:

- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Relevant industry qualifications or training
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Completion of NDIS Worker Modules
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Infection Control training
- Manual Handling training
- Medication Administration competency
- Two skilled references
