Due to continued growth they have an opportunity for a Survey Technician or Surveyor with 1 years + experience to join their surveying team.

The Role You will support their surveyors in delivering high-quality and accurate surveying services across a variety of projects. From fieldwork to CAD drafting,



you'll be hands-on in every stage of the process, helping to shape the built and natural environments of local communities.

- Assist in cadastral, engineering, and construction surveys.
- Conduct fieldwork and operate modern survey equipment (GNSS, total stations, drones, 3D scanners). Draft survey plans and sketches using CAD packages (AutoCAD, Topcon Office).
- Maintain survey equipment and vehicles.
- Collaborate with surveyors and support the broader team on project delivery.
- Perform data input, calculations, and reductions using survey software.

About You

- 1+ years' experience in a similar role
- Diploma or higher qualification in Surveying (or similar).
- A current driver's licence.
- Strong understanding of survey techniques and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in CAD and survey software.
- Excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
