- 75 hours per fortnight, 24/7 shift work, rotating roster
About the Role
Join our Emergency Services team and play an important part in delivering outstanding patient care. You’ll manage day to day admin, build strong relationships with clinical teams, maintain accurate records and help keep our Emergency Department running smoothly in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide admin support across Emergency Services
- Manage patient records and routine paperwork
- Coordinate correspondence and team communication
- Support medical, nursing and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate data and confidential information
- Liaise with clinical, corporate and support teams
- Prepare documents, reports and meeting resources
- Respond to enquiries with professionalism and care
- Contribute to a safe, efficient team environment
- Follow policies, procedures and quality standards
About You
You’re a calm, organised and customer focused administrator who enjoys supporting busy teams. You communicate with empathy, work well under pressure and take pride in delivering accurate, confidential and responsive administrative support.
- Experience in administration and customer service
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry
- Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Communicate with empathy and maintain confidentiality
- Work independently and contribute to a supportive team
