Chandler Macleod is seeking a motivated Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to join the Altona team. The role is based with one of our major clients in Melbourne's west and involves managing up to 300 casual employees on a day-to-day basis.
Work is Monday to Friday, 2 pm to 10 pm, with occasional shift flexibility to cover leave. You will work independently and as part of a team, building robust client relationships and ensuring safety and compliance.
