What You’ll Do

- Assist customers with product questions and pricing, providing clear and friendly service in-store and by phone.
- Manage SAP, inwards goods, pricing, inventory, ordering, deliveries and dispatches to keep stock accurate and moving.
- Process counter sales accurately, handle payments, and answer customer inquiries.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment.
- Support promotional activities, setting up signage and displays to boost product visibility.
- Keep the store tidy and welcoming and greet all customers warmly.
- Load/unload trucks, unpack deliveries, and prepare orders for dispatch with care.
- Occasionally deliver products directly to farms, ensuring timely and professional service.

What You’ll Bring

- Passion for customer service, a positive approach and determination to succeed.
- Exposure to or a strong passion in farming and agriculture, and enthusiasm to learn about recent products.
- Previous success in a retail sales or customer service role.




- Self‑motivated and capable of nurturing strong customer relationships, following through, and getting the job done in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest in learning all aspects of retail operations and sales, and confidence using computer software systems such as SAP.
- Current driver’s licence and ideally a forklift ticket (desirable).
