About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our Floreat team in a full-time position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy front-of-house environment, enjoys working closely with patients, and can keep the practice running smoothly day to day. Standard clinic hours within 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

What Youll Be Doing

- Managing the front desk and providing a warm welcome to patients
- Handling appointment bookings, recalls and patient enquiries
- Using Dental4Windows (D4W) to manage scheduling and patient records
- Assisting with billing, payments and health fund claims
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintaining a skilled, organised and patient-focused front office

What Were Looking For

- Experience using D4W software
- Fluent spoken English with strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Punctual, reliable and well-organised
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
