Elegance is back in the beautiful Marble Bar at Wests New Lambton. Chic, yet relaxed and friendly, the Marble Bar offers everything from a superb range of local and French wines to delicious cocktails.

Duties for this role

- Provide friendly customer service
- Preparation and service of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages
- Cleaning of workstation and equipment
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Operation of tills and cash handling
- Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning
- Assist in the preparation of our cocktail menu.
- Assisting in the restaurant taking orders and serving meals

About you

With bar and F&B; experience, you are passionate about delivering high quality service and outstanding cocktails. You pride yourself on providing a unique experience to enhance the overall entertainment experience for our members and guests. Working nights and weekends fits with your work/life balance. Large team environments appeal to you and you enjoy working with people.

This position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.
