Population Health Nurse (RN2-8/CNS2) - PFT/PPT - Sydney Metro, NSW Government. This full-time on-site role is based in Sydney Western Suburbs, NSW. The position offers opportunities for career growth within Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network.
Responsibilities
- Provide sexual health, bloodborne virus and hepatology services for patients within NSW Correctional Centres.
- Work as part of the Population Health team to deliver integral Population Health services and activities with clinical skill and critical thinking to deliver high quality patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes and innovative practice approaches.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current working rights in Australia.
- Postgraduate qualification and at least 3 years of experience in the sector eligible for CNS2 grading.
- If CNS2 criteria are not met, apply as a Registered Nurse with commitment to undertake required postgraduate qualifications within the next 3 years of appointment.
- Vaccination category A: provide proof of measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and influenza if successful.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $81,748.17 – $114,771.98 plus superannuation and leave loading.
