We are currently seeking a Project Support Representative (PSR) to provide administrative and project support on site for one of our valued clients.
About the Role
- Casual position
- Competitive hourly rate plus applicable penalties
- 10 days on / 4 days off roster
- Based at project sites
- Accommodation and meals provided while on roster
- Shared transport provided from Mackay to site and return
- Daily hours approximately 6:00am – 5:00pm
- Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and undertake project records management on site, including checking documentation, scanning, filing, and maintaining both physical and electronic records.
- Manage and maintain project registers, including organising test and tag requirements, equipment servicing, and updating registers.
- Conduct project‑specific site inductions.
- Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and hazardous substances registers.
- Provide general administrative and project support as directed by the Supervisor and Project Manager.
- Assist with various site‑based duties to support project operations.
About You
- Strong computer and administration skills.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in project administration, site administration, document control, or a similar role will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a site‑based environment.
