This role focuses on delivering informative and engaging sessions, supporting customers with pet care guidance, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

- Set up and clean Puppy Preschool rooms and equipment and prepare training materials as required.
- Deliver informative and engaging Puppy Preschool training sessions to customers.
- Facilitate participant learning to achieve desired learning outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service with memorable, meaningful interactions.
- Complete sales transactions and contribute to store sales goals.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation; ensure new stock is displayed promptly and replenish stock as needed.
- Demonstrate initiative by keeping knowledge on pet care,



products, and services up to date.
- Contribute to a fun, supportive in-store culture where the team enjoys coming to work.
- Maintain a strong safety mindset and promote a culture of safety within the team.

Qualifications

- Experience in dog training.
- Experience in a similar retail workplace.
- A passion for animals and providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift up to 20 kg.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
