Metro Balustrades is a growing Western Australian company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of architectural metalwork solutions, including balustrades, gates, fences, and custom fabrication projects.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineering Detailer to lead our detailing team while remaining hands‑on with drafting and design.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the engineering detailing team.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate technical drawings.
- Allocate work and manage project deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure drawings meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Resolve technical and detailing issues.




- Improve drafting systems and workflows.
- Support business development and client relationships.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years' experience in drafting, detailing, or a related industry.
- Leadership or team coordination experience.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
