St Patrick's Community Support Centre (St Pat's) has been supporting people experiencing homelessness for more than 50 years. As an award-winning not-for-profit organisation and community housing provider, our mission is straightforward yet ambitious – to lead bold action to end homelessness.
We're seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the delivery of exciting affordable housing development projects that will create safe, sustainable homes for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Housing (Project Director), you'll provide project coordination and administrative support across all stages of our housing development projects, from planning and construction through to commissioning and handover.
Th is a casual position working 22.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work across 3 or 4 days.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating project administration across multiple housing development projects.
- Preparing project reports, meeting minutes, dashboards and project documentation.
- Maintaining project registers, risk logs, action trackers and document control systems.
- Coordinating meetings, agendas and stakeholder communications.
- Assisting with procurement, purchase orders, invoices and contract documentation.
- Supporting project budgets, expenditure tracking and reporting.
- Coordinating procurement, fit‑outs and logistical arrangements for new housing developments.
- Liaising with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep projects progressing smoothly.
About You
You'll be highly organised, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.
You'll also bring:
- Experience in project administration, project coordination or business administration.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing reports, maintaining documentation and coordinating multiple priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- The ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience within housing, construction, property, local government or the community services sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
