Due to further expansion, we seek a dedicated Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager (Perth Metro - Construction), keeping Perth's leading crane and construction companies fully manned.

You'll deploy existing and recruit new skilled crane operators, dogmen, riggers and trades, then coordinate daily deployments "right person, right site, right pay rate".

About the job

Based at our Cockburn office, you'll manage a crane-industry client desk end-to-end — recruiting a ready-to-deploy workforce, then coordinating who works where each day.

- Recruit and build talent pools of crane operators (all tonnages), dogmen, riggers and construction trades
- Run the full cycle:



attraction, interviews, compliance, submissions
- Notify existing employees daily of their site, project, pay rate and client via our systems
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders clearly and professionally
- Ensure training, qualifications, inductions and site tickets stay compliant

Skills and experience

- Recruitment or account management experience (labour hire highly regarded)
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
- Commitment to ensuring all jobs are filled.
- Confident communicator with a make-it-happen attitude
- Microsoft Office (incl. Excel); Martian Logic experience well-regarded
- An ability to learn systems - to ensure efficiencies
- Crane, rigging, mining or construction industry knowledge is a plus
